LUHPC小箱梁桥试设计及参数分析

摘要 采用轻质超高性能混凝土,以某30 m跨径预应力C50混凝土小箱梁桥为例,开展了预应力LUHPC小箱梁桥的试设计研究。研究表明,同C50混凝土小箱梁桥相比,LUHPC小箱型梁桥顶板、底板以及腹板厚度降低了12%,受力性能有显著的提升,混凝土和预应力钢筋的材料用量分别减少了9.52%和33.45%,结构自重也降低了25.4%。 Lightweight ultra-high performance concrete was used,a 30 m span prestressed C50 concrete small box girder bridge was taken as an example to carry out the trial design of prestressed luhpc small box girder bridge.The results showed that,compared with C50 concrete small box girder bridge,the thickness of top plate,bottom plate and web plate of luhpc small box girder bridge were reduced by 12%,the mechanical performance was significantly improved,the material consumption of concrete and prestressed reinforcement were reduced by 9.52%and 33.45%,and the self weight of structure was also reduced by 25.4%.
