考虑裂缝扩展的沥青路面疲劳寿命预估方法 被引量:3

摘要 为准确预估沥青路面的疲劳寿命,建立带预制裂缝的三维有限元模型,预制裂缝贯穿基层并扩展至沥青层底1 cm,通过对比分析标准轴载作用下,沥青层厚度、沥青层模量、半刚性基层厚度、地基模量、裂缝长度,以及裂缝宽度对应力强度因子的影响,从而基于Paris公式构建了基于病害发展的路面结构寿命预估模型。结果表明,影响张开型裂缝的主要因素为沥青层厚度、半刚性层厚度、裂缝扩展长度;影响剪切型裂缝的主要因素为沥青层厚度、半刚性层厚度、地基模量、裂缝扩展长度;裂缝长度的增加会严重降低路面的使用年限。 To accurately estimate the fatigue life of asphalt roadbed,a three-dimensional finite element model with prefabricated cracks,which run through the base course and extend to 1 cm at the bottom of asphalt layer,is constructed.By comparing and analyzing the effects of asphalt layer thickness,asphalt layer modulus,semi-rigid base layer thickness,foundation modulus,crack length and crack width on stress intensity factors under standard axle load,a life prediction model of pavement structure based on disease development is established based on Paris formula.The results show that the main factors affecting the open crack are the thickness of asphalt layer,the thickness of semi-rigid layer and the crack propagation length.The main factors affecting shear crack are asphalt layer thickness,semi-rigid layer thickness,foundation modulus and crack propagation length.In addition,the increase of crack length will seriously reduce the service life of pavement.
