摘要
在SBR改性乳化沥青与集料中以不同掺量及掺加方式添加两种交联程度不同的水性环氧树脂(W-1、W-2),并引入表面能理论进行SBR改性乳化沥青与集料黏附性能研究。结果表明:水性环氧树脂(WER)能够通过增加胶结料表面酸性力和集料表面碱性力进而改善二者的黏附性能,随着WER掺量增加,混合料水稳定性评价指标(ER)呈先增大后减小的趋势,最佳掺量为8%。交联程度高的WER对沥青与集料的黏附抗剥落性能提高明显。对于W-1,更适合作为改性剂来提高胶结料稳固粘结作用;对于W-2,更适作为层间粘结剂使用,用于改性SBR改性乳化沥青;ER和沥青剥落率呈负相关的线性关系,当W-1、W-2掺量为8%时,在满足4级黏附等级的情况下,ER应满足:ER_(W-1)≥0.7477,ER_(W-2)≥0.6912。
Surface energy theory was introduced to study the mechanism and method of waterborne epoxy resin(WER)to solve the water damage at micro surface.W-1 and W-2 two kinds of WER were added into SBR-modified emulsified asphalt in different contents and methods.The results show that WER can increase the surface acidity of binder and the surface basicity of aggregate to improve their adhesion properties.With the increase of the content of WER,ER increases first and then decreases,the optimal content is 8%.WER with high degree of crosslinking has better effect on the adhesion of the mixture.For W-1,it is more suitable to be used as modifier and two components are mixed.For W-2,it is more suitable to be used as interlayer binder and the two components are separated.ER has a negative linear relationship with asphalt peeling rate.And when the two WERs(8%)meet the four levels of adhesion,ER should be satisfied:ER_(W-1)≥0.7477,ER_(W-2)≥0.6912.
