摘要
在国家精准扶贫战略实践中,文化扶贫已成为助力贫困地区脱贫致富的重要手段.提高贫困群体的文化素养是其稳定摆脱经济贫困的前提.图书馆阅读推广是提升贫困地区群众文化素养的有效路径,也是文化减贫的重要方式之一.以武陵山民族聚居区公共图书馆为例,研究图书馆阅读推广助力文化减贫,利用调查法、案例分析法分析了目前该民族区域公共图书馆阅读推广助力文化减贫的实践案例及存在的问题,并提出相应对策.以期为民族地区基层公共图书馆阅读推广助力巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果及乡村文化振兴提供有益参考.
In the practice of national targeted poverty alleviation strategy,cultural poverty alleviation has become an important means to help poor areas get rid of poverty and become rich.Improving the cultural literacy of poor groups is the premise for them to get rid of economic poverty stably.Reading promotion Library is not only an effective way to improve the people's cultural literacy in poor areas,but also one of the important ways of cultural poverty reduction.Taking the public libraries in Wuling Mountain ethnic settlement as an example,this paper studies the cultural poverty reduction assisted by library reading popularization,analyzes the practical cases and existing problems of the cultural poverty reduction assisted by library reading popularization by using investigation method and case analysis method,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.It is expected to provide useful reference for the reading promotion of grassroots public libraries in ethnic areas to help consolidate and expand the achievements of poverty alleviation and rural cultural revitalization.
