摘要
本文以三明某高层项目为例,跟踪记录并总结了铝模+爬架工艺在工程实际应用中的关键管控技术,并对铝模+爬架与木模加钢管脚手架施工工艺在工程造价、质量控制以及施工周期等方面进行了对比分析。研究表明,铝模+爬架施工工艺在工程造价、质量控制以及施工周期等方面均更具有优势,在实际工程建设中具有广泛的应用前景。
Taking a high-rise building project in Sanming as an example,this paper records and summarizes the key management and control technology of aluminum formwork and climbing frame in the practical application of the project,making a detailed comparative analysis on the construction technology of aluminum formwork and climbing frame as well as wood formwork and steel pipe scaffold in the specific aspects such as project cost,quality control and construction cycle.The research demonstrates that in this high-rise building construction,the aluminum formwork and climbing frame construction technology has more advantages in the actual implementation of project cost,quality control and construction cycle,which has a wide application prospect in practical engineering construction.
