金凤煤矿12号易自燃煤层采空区自燃“三带”分布及研究

摘要 为掌握金凤煤矿12号易自燃煤层采空区"三带"分布规律,确保采空区遗煤不出现自燃危险,需要在开采前划分出煤自燃"三带",以便制定合理、可靠的防灭火安全技术措施。本课题以国家能源集团宁夏煤业有限责任公司金凤煤矿(以下简称金凤煤矿)011207综采工作面为12号易自燃煤层"三带"分布规律的实测研究对象,采取在采空区埋设束管,自动及人工定期采集气样,通过分析自燃发火标志性气体浓度及数理统计,得到了随工作面推进呈现出的采空区相关气体参数分布状态,并结合12号煤层的自然发火期,从而判定在实际状态下011207综采工作面采空区自燃"三带"整体分布规律、自燃性危险范围和安全推进速度,为工作面自然发火的防治提供依据,杜绝了011207工作面回采期间自然发火隐患,确保工作面安全回采,对同类型矿井开采具有一定的借鉴和指导意义。 In order to master the distribution law of“three zones”in the goaf of No. 12 spontaneous combustion coal seam in Jinfeng Coal Mine and ensure that the coal left in the goaf does not have the risk of spontaneous combustion,it is necessary to divide the“three zones”of spontaneous combustion before mining,so as to formulate reasonable and reliable safety technical measures on fire-prevention[1]. Taking the fully mechanized mining face 011207 of CHN Energy Ningxia Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,Jinfeng Coal Mine as the measured research object of the “three zones” distribution law of the No. 12 spontaneous combustion coal seam,this subject adopts the method of burying bundle pipes in the goaf and collecting gas samples automatically and manually on a regular basis to obtain the distribution state of relevant gas parameters in goaf appears with the advance of working face by analyzing the concentration and mathematical statistics of the symbolic gas of spontaneous combustion. Combined with the spontaneous combustion period of No.12 coal seam,the overall distribution law of“three zones”of spontaneous combustion in the goaf of fully mechanized working face 011207,the scope of spontaneous combustion risk and the safe advancing speed under the actual state are determined,which provides a basis for the prevention and control of spontaneous combustion in the working face[2-3],eliminates the hidden danger of spontaneous combustion in the mining period of working face 011207,ensures the safe mining of the working face,and has certain reference and guiding significance for the mining of the same type of mines.
