摘要
本文以国家能源投资集团有限责任公司黄玉川煤矿为例,探讨了安全积分方法在安全生产管理中的应用实践,主要内容包括行为分值、量化考核、管理矫正及安全信用4个方面。黄玉川煤矿应用安全积分方法,强化员工安全意识,形成了"积分引领、主动安全"的特色安全文化,带来了安全发展的高效益,得到了国家能源集团和所在区域的大力推广。
By taking Huangyuchuan Coal Mine of China Energy Investment Corporation Limited as an example,this article discusses the application of safety accumulated point system in safe production management,which includes behavior point,quantitative assessment,management correction and safety credit. Huangyuchuan Coal Mine applied the safety accumulated point system to strengthen the safety awareness of employees,formed a characteristic safety culture of “safety accumulated point system leading for active safety keeping”,brought high benefits of safe development,and has been vigorously promoted by the CHN Energy and the region where it’s located.
