摘要
目的:检测不同采摘时间的莞香灵芝中活性物质的变化。方法:对不同采摘时间的莞香灵芝测定粗多糖、总三萜、蛋白质、麦角固醇的含量进行测定并做对比。结果:不同采摘时间灵芝中的粗多糖、总三萜、蛋白质及麦角固醇的含量具有明显差异,其中粗多糖、总三萜、蛋白质及麦角固醇含量均最高的是T5灵芝。结论:不同采摘时间的灵芝子实体,由于采收的不同,其含的四种功效成分的含量前期处于平缓变化,然后急剧增加。
Objective: To detect the changes of active substances in Guanxiang Ganoderma lucidum at different picking times. Methods: The contents of crude polysaccharides, total triterpenes, protein, and ergosterol of Guanxiang Ganoderma lucidum at different picking times were determined and compared. Results: The content of crude polysaccharide, total triterpene, protein and ergosterol in Ganoderma lucidum at different picking times were significantly different. Among them,T5 Ganoderma lucidum had the highest content of crude polysaccharide, total triterpene, protein and ergosterol. Conclusion: Ganoderma lucidum fruit bodies at different picking times, due to different harvests, the content of the four functional components in the Ganoderma lucidum fluctuates slowly in the early stage, and then increases sharply.
