摘要
依据GB 7959-2012《粪便无害化卫生要求》附录D堆肥、粪稀中粪大肠菌群检测方法,对三峡库区重庆段市政污泥中粪大肠菌群值进行检测,通过空白对照、阳性及阴性对照、标准菌株精密度检测以及不同污水处理厂污泥的精密度检测,结果显示均符合实验室生物检测相关要求。同时通过对检测过程中一些操作细节进行讨论,望与同行们共同进步。
According to the detection method of fecal coliform in composting and dilute feces in Appendix D of hygienic requirements for harmless treatment of feces(GB 7959-2012), fecal coliforms in municipal sludge in the Three Gorges Region in Chongqing was detected. Through blank control, positive and negative control, precision detection of standard strains and precision detection of sludge from different sewage treatment plants, the results showed that they all met the relevant requirements of laboratory biological detection. Through the discussion of some operation details in the detection process, we hope to make common progress with our peers.
