深层页岩气开发环境下连续油管焊缝疲劳计算方法探讨 被引量:2

摘要 "纯疲劳"引发的连续油管失效增多,Tomas Padron等认为是传统的连续油管疲劳计算模型未考虑高应变对焊缝疲劳寿命的影响,并提出了一种根据连续油管弯曲时的应变量来对焊缝疲劳寿命修正系数进行取值的方法。应用此方法筛选出一起国产连续油管焊缝疲劳失效案例进行验算,进一步探讨此方法在国内的适用性,以期为国产连续油管在深层页岩气应用中的管柱安全提供参考依据。 The failure of coiled tubing caused by"pure fatigue"is increasing.Tomas Padron and others believe that this is because the influence of high strain on weld fatigue life is not considered in the traditional coiled tubing fatigue calculation model,and put forward a method to determine the value of weld fatigue life correction coefficient according to the strain during coiled tubing bending.Select⁃ing a fatigue failure case of domestic coiled tubing weld for checking calculation using the method,and the applicability of this method in China is discussed,in order to provide reference basis for the safety of domestic coiled tubing in the application of deep shale gas wells.
