摘要
建筑工程项目在开展经济管理工作时,要力求实现节约工期和成本的主要目标,从而深度优化资源配置。在开展工作时,人为因素和成本管理方面所产生的影响较为明显,因此需要深度剖析经济管理中存在的各种问题,找出相应的对策,利于企业长远发展。
When carrying out economic management of construction projects,we should strive to achieve the main goal of saving construction period,time,cost and capital investment to deeply optimize the allocation of resources used.However,due to the obvious interference caused by human factors and cost management,it is necessary to deeply analyze various problems existing in economic management and find out corresponding solutions to promote the long-term development of enterprises.
