摘要
我国很多工程项目以EPC管理模式控制各阶段工作,将工程设计与施工管理有机的联系在一起,借助EPC管理模式加强对工程各环节的控制力度,由此达到控制工程成本、缩短施工周期的目的,为总承包单位带来经济效益。
