摘要
针对某市地铁n号线工程混凝土试块抗压强度大面积超强的现象,从混凝土公司供应原材,施工单位制作、养护方法、配合比设计三个方面进行分析,利用原材料的抽检结果对混凝土强度进行反推计算,总结混凝土试块抗压强度超强的原因,并给出相应质量控制措施及建议,指导工程现场对混凝土质量的控制。
In view of the phenomenon that the compressive strength of concrete test block of metro line n project in a city is large and super strong,this paper analyzes from three perspectives:the supply of raw materials by the concrete companies,the production by the construction units,the maintenance methods,and the mix proportion design.The reasons for the super high compressive strength of concrete blocks are summarized,the corresponding quality control measures and suggestions are given to guide the control of concrete quality in the project site.
