摘要
目的探讨心肌梗死患者并发心力衰竭应用循证护理干预方式的护理效果。方法针对本院2019年1月至2020年2月间收治的心肌梗死并发心力衰竭患者70例纳入临床研究对象之中,通过患者住院号的奇偶数将患者随机分成干预组以及对照组,每组纳入35例。对照组患者使用常规的护理干预方式来达到干预的目的,干预组患者则在对照组患者的基础之上,应用循证护理模式来进行护理干预。结果干预组患者的抢救成功率好于对照组,对比差异具备统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组患者的生活质量评分以及护理满意度评分好于对照组,对比差异具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过将循证护理应用于心肌梗死并发急性心力衰竭患者的治疗过程当中,能够有效的提升患者整体的抢救成功率,并且能够在很大程度上达到减少并发症的目的,另外还能有效提的提升患者的治疗满意度,并且有效的改善患者的整体生活质量,具备较高的临床推广应用价值。
Objective To explore the nursing effect of evidence-based nursing intervention in patients with myocardial infarction complicated with heart failure.Methods Seventy patients with myocardial infarction complicated with heart failure from January 2019 to February 2020 were included in the clinical study.The patients in the control group used routine nursing intervention to achieve the purpose of intervention,while the patients in the intervention group used evidence-based nursing mode to carry out nursing intervention on the basis of the patients in the control group.Results The rescue success rate of the intervention group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score and nursing satisfaction score of the intervention group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of evidence-based nursing and the treatment of patients with myocardial infarction complicated with acute heart failure can effectively improve the overall rescue success rate of patients,and to a large extent can achieve the purpose of reducing complications.In addition,it can effectively improve the overall quality of life of patient's high clinical application value.
