摘要
黄曲霉毒素广泛存在于粮油中,能诱发肝癌并导致死亡,是一种重要的食品有害因子,严重威胁着人类的健康。本文综述了黄曲霉毒素的检测方法,为防控黄曲霉毒素的危害提供参考。
Aflatoxins are widely present in grain and oil and can induce liver cancer and cause death.It is an important food harmful factor and seriously threatens human health.This article reviews the detection methods of aflatoxin,and provides a reference for the prevention and control of aflatoxin hazards.
