摘要
在红外热波无损检测理论的基础上,自主搭建红外热波无损检测系统。通过样本安装、参数调整、数据对比及缺陷鉴定等步骤对实验样品进行缺陷检测,并根据不同实验温度、输出功率、缺陷直径对检测结果的影响,得到最佳检测条件。
Based on the theoretical basis of infrared thermal wave nondestructive testing(NDT),an independent infrared thermal wave NDT system was established,including having fiber metal laminate test pieces prepared to investigate the influence of temperature,defect diameter and the output power of the heat source on the test results,and the most suitable test conditions were presented.
