摘要
目的:探讨艾箱灸联合中医膳食护理对慢性非萎缩性胃炎的干预效果。方法:选取2018年9月-2020年9月间收治的慢性非萎缩性胃炎患者100例的临床资料,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察者,每组各50例,对照组行常规护理;观察组在艾箱灸基础上联合中医膳食护理。观察两组护理效果及护理前、护理3个月后,中医症状评分、生活质量变化、胃黏膜炎症积分、胃黏膜炎症病理积分、主要临床症状缓解时间及3个月后复发率。结果:观察者护理总有效率(96.0%)高于对照组(82.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);护理前,两组嗳气、神疲乏力、胃脘胀满中医症状评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组嗳气、神疲乏力、胃脘胀满中医症状评分低于护理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),且观察组嗳气、神疲乏力、胃脘胀满中医症状评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);护理后,生活质量高于护理前(P<0.001),且观察组生活质量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);护理后,胃黏膜炎症积分、胃黏膜炎症病理积分低于护理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),且观察组胃黏膜炎症积分、胃黏膜炎症病理积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组主要临床症状缓解时间低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),观察组3个月后复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:艾箱灸联合中医膳食护理效果明显,可改善患者嗳气、神疲乏力、胃脘胀满、胃黏膜炎症等症状,提高生活质量,临床症状缓解时间短,且复发率较低。
Objective:To explore the effect of moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese dietary nursing on chronic non-atrophic gastritis.Methods:A total of 100 patients with chronic non-atrophic gastritis admitted to our hospital from September 2018 to September 2020 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine diet nursing on the basis of moxibustion.The nursing effects of the two groups,the changes of TCM symptom score,quality of life,gastric mucosal inflammation score,gastric mucosal inflammation pathological score,remission time of main clinical symptoms and recurrence rate after 3 months of nursing were observed.Results:The total effective rate of nursing in the observation group(96.0%)was higher than that in the control group(82.0%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in TCM symptom scores of belching,lassitude and stomach fullness between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the scores of TCM symptoms of belching,fatigue and fullness of stomach in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001);the scores of TCM symptoms of belching,fatigue and fullness of stomach in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).After nursing,the quality of life was higher than that before nursing(P<0.001),and the quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).After nursing,the scores of gastric mucosal inflammation and gastric mucosal inflammation pathology were lower than those before nursing,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001),and the scores of gastric mucosal inflammation and gastric mucosal inflammation pathology in th
