摘要
三门峡黄河湿地属于国家级湿地自然保护区,是国家级珍禽白天鹅的栖息地及重要水源涵养地。为了解湿地沉积物氮的垂直分布(0~50 cm),定性判断硝酸盐的来源,通过对河水理化参数化及不同剖面沉积物中硝酸盐氮氧同位素特征值进行分析,结果发现:水体硝酸盐主要为无机氮,占比为95%,硝酸盐同位素特征值为14.89‰~15.95‰,10.78‰~13.60‰,与粪便污水相似;沉积物TON(0.01%~0.02%)和TOC(0.07~0.2%)含量较低,垂直分布变化不显著;沉积物中氨氮占无机氮的比例为68%~98%,表层沉积物中氨氮含量高于底层。沉积物δ^(15) N-NO^(-)_(3)垂直变化较大但无规律,特征值范围为-1.96‰~15.98‰,δ^(18) O-NO^(-)_(3)垂直变化较小,特征值范围为14.77‰~26.64‰,同位素特征值说明:沉积物中硝酸盐来源为混合源,其中,大气降雨和硝态氮肥为主要贡献源。
The national nature reserve of Sanmenxia Yellow River Wetland is the habitat of White Swan and an important water conservation area.In order to investigate the vertical distribution of nitrogen and qualitatively determine the sources of nitrate in sediment,the chemical characteristics of water and nitrogen and oxygen isotope composition of nitrate in sediments were studied.The results showed that nitrate was dominant in water,accounting for 95%of inorganic nitrogen,and the value of δ^(15) N-NO^(-)_(3) and δ^(18) O-NO^(-)_(3) were 14.89‰~15.95‰and 10.78‰~13.60‰respectively,which is similar to sewage.The wetland lacked TON(0.01~0.02%)and TOC(0.07~0.2%),and the change of vertical was not significant.Ammonia account for 68-98%of inorganic nitrogen,and the concentration of ammonia in surface is higher than that in bottom.The vertical variation of δ^(15) N-NO^(-)_(3) is significant,and the value range from-1.96‰to 15.98‰.The vertical variation of δ^(18) O-NO^(-)_(3) is small,and the value range from 14.77‰to 26.64‰.The isotopic indicated that the sources of nitrate in the sediments was mixed,in which rainfall and nitrate fertilizer were the main sources.
