摘要
固体脂质纳米粒是以高熔点脂质为骨架材料的纳米粒,其既有纳米粒的物理稳定性高,药物泄露相对较少,缓释性好的特点,同时毒性低、易于大规模生产,是有前途的新型药物传递系统。本文对近十年来中药肝靶向固体脂质纳米粒载药系统的研究进展进行综述,并展望了中药肝靶向固体脂质纳米粒的发展方向,以期为固体脂质纳米粒的进一步研究提供参考依据。
Solid lipid nanoparticle is a kind of nanoparticle with high melting point lipid as the skeleton material. It has the characteristics of high physical stability, relatively less drug leakage and good slow release, low toxicity and easy to mass production. It is a promising new drug delivery system. In this paper, the research progress of liver targeting solid lipid nanoparticles(SLN) drug delivery system of traditional Chinese medicine in recent ten years was reviewed, and the development direction of SLN was prospected, in order to provide reference for the further research of SLN.
