摘要
作为成渝腹心节点城市的内江,"数字内江"建设对成渝数字经济创新发展协同区具有重要的意义。该文从产业概况、政策环境、创新投入这3个方面分析了"数字内江"的发展现状,指出当前还存在产业结构调整缓慢、政策不健全、创新投入不足等问题,并提出了协同推进产业数字化和数字产业化进程、完善政策顶层设计、加大创新要素投入的建议。
Neijiang, as the central node city of Chengdu and Chongqing, the construction of "digital Neijiang" is of great significance to the collaborative zone for the innovation and development of Chengdu-Chongqing digital economy. This paper analyzes the development status of "digital Neijiang" from three aspects: industrial overview,policy environment and innovation investment. It points out that there are still some problems such as slow adjustment of industrial structure, imperfect policies and insufficient innovation investment, and puts forward some suggestions on promoting the process of industrial digitization and digital industrialization, perfecting the top-level design of policies and increasing the investment of innovation elements.
