摘要
教师队伍的综合实力在很大程度上决定了综合竞争力,教师的专业素养是影响教育机构办学水平的重要因素,具有较高专业素养的教师能够实现对学生身心发展特点的把握,优秀的教师队伍可以制定针对性的教育策略及教育机构发展策略,最终提升教育水平及教育机构的综合竞争力。该文阐述了普惠性教育机构的概念,初步了解和总结了贵阳市观山湖区普惠性教育机构教师队伍的现状,并且从促进教育发展的角度提出了加强普惠性教育机构教师队伍建设的建议,以提高地区教育机构的教学办学质量。
To a large extent, the comprehensive strength of the teaching team determines the comprehensive competitiveness. The professionalism of teachers is an important factor that affects the level of educational institutions.Teachers with high professional quality can grasp the characteristics of students’ physical and mental development,and excellent teachers can formulate targeted educational strategies and educational institution development strategies, and finally improve the educational level and the comprehensive competitiveness of educational institutions.This paper expounds the concept of inclusive education institutions, preliminarily understands and summarizes the current situation of teachers in inclusive education institutions in Guanshanhu District, Guiyang, and puts forward some suggestions on strengthening the construction of teachers in inclusive education institutions from the perspective of promoting educational development, so as to improve the teaching quality of regional education institutions.
