摘要
我国作为一个农业大国与人口大国,农产品不仅是人们生存发展不可或缺的物质基础,还是社会活动开展的关键。因此,应加大农产品质量安全控制和农药残留检测策略研究应用的力度,从根本上促进农产品质量控制能力和水平的有效提升。本文主要就农产品质量安全控制与农药残留检测进行分析与探讨,并提出农产品质量安全控制的相关监管措施。
As a traditional agricultural and populous country,China’s agricultural products are not only the indispensable material basis for people's survival and development,but also the key to social activities.Therefore,we should strengthen the research and application of agricultural product quality and safety control and pesticide residue detection strategies,so as to fundamentally promote the effective improvement of agricultural product quality control ability and level.The quality and safety control of agricultural products and the detection of pesticide residues was analyzed and discussed,and regulatory measures on quality and safety control of agricultural products were proposed in this paper.
