摘要
新时期背景下,人们对饮食安全给予了高度重视,同时对食品检测提出了更高的要求。随着农业生产规模的逐渐扩大,农产品中的农药残留问题也日益严峻,为饮食安全带来了巨大威胁,因此在食品检测中,农药残留已经成为判断食品安全水平的关键指标。现阶段,在科学技术不断进步的同时,多样化农药残留检测技术应运而生,为食品安全检测提供了技术保障。基于此,本文将对食品中农药残留的危害及食品安全检测的必要性进行分析,深入研究各种农药残留检测技术的实际应用,为食品安全奠定基础,从而满足人们的健康饮食需求。
Under the background of the new era,people attach great importance to food safety,and put forward higher requirements for food testing.With the gradual expansion of agricultural production scale,the problem of pesticide residues in agricultural products is increasingly serious,which brings a huge threat to food security.Therefore,in food testing,pesticide residue has become a key index to judge the level of food safety.At present,with the continuous progress of science and technology,diversified detection technology of pesticide residues emerges at the historic moment,which provides technical guarantee for food safety detection.Based on this,this paper will analyze the hazard of pesticide residues in food and the necessity of food safety detection,and thoroughly study the practical application of various pesticide residue detection techniques,in order to lay a foundation for ensuring food safety,in order to meet the people’s healthy diet needs.
