摘要
化工产品与人们日常生活密切相关,近些年我国化工行业得到了快速发展,但是在化工生产过程中产生的高盐度废水对生态环境造成的破坏是非常严重的。高盐度废水中含有大量的Cl^(-)、SO_(4)^(2-)、Na^(+)、Ca^(2+),在进入水体后会影响微生物的生存环境。针对高盐度废水的处理,目前采用的方法有很多种,常用的有生化、电解、焚烧、蒸发结晶、膜分离、吸附等。本文对高盐度废水的特点、产生机理进行了分析,对当前常用的废水处理方法进行了总结性分析,希望能促进化工行业的绿色可持续发展。
Chemical products are closely related to people.In recent years,China’s chemical industry has developed rapidly,but the damage to the ecological environment caused by high salinity wastewater in the process of chemical production is very serious.High salinity wastewater contains a large amount of Cl^(-),SO_(4)^(2-),Na^(+)and Ca^(2+),which will affect the living environment of microorganisms after entering the water body.At present,there are many methods for the treatment of high salinity wastewater,including biochemistry,electrolysis,incineration,evaporative crystallization,membrane separation,adsorption and so on.This paper analyzes the characteristics and generation mechanism of high salinity wastewater,and summarizes the current common wastewater treatment methods,hoping to help promote the green and sustainable development of chemical industry.
