摘要
分析了煤气双向输送加压机运行存在的问题,通过加压机变频改造和控制逻辑优化,改善了系统控制水平和生产工况,实现了设备一键启停,煤气输送单耗大幅下降,实现了节能高效的控制方式。
This article analyzes the problems in the operation of the bi-directional gas conveying pressurizer,improves the system control level and production working conditions through the pressurizer frequency conversion and control logic optimization,realizes the equipment one-touch start and stop,the gas conveying unit consumption drops significantly,leading to an energy-saving and efficient control method.
