摘要
目前唐钢炼铁厂不锈钢分厂的高炉矿槽上供料设备存在的钢结构腐蚀、故障率高、运力不足等问题,已经影响到了高炉生产能力的发挥。本文对影响高炉槽上供料系统运力的因素和原因进行了分析了,并根据高炉生产能力需要,对槽上供料系统设备提出了升级改造方案。通过加强槽上带式输送机的钢结构、转向滚筒和托辊的改造,皮带胶结工艺改进,皮带运输机运力提升等措施的实施,提升了槽上供料系统的供料能力,使供料设备满足了高炉日益增长的原料输送需求。
At present, the problems of steel structure corrosion, high failure rate and insufficient transportation capacity of the feeding equipment above the blast furnace trough in the Tangsteel ironmaking plant stainless steel branch have affected the exertion of the blast furnace production capacity. This paper analyzes the factors and causes affecting the transport capacity of the feed system on the trough of the blast furnace, and puts forward an upgrading scheme for the equipment of the feed system on the trough according to the needs of the production capacity of the blast furnace. Through the implementation of measures such as strengthening the steel structure of the belt conveyor on the trough, transforming the steering drum and carrier roller, improving the belt bonding process and increasing the transport capacity of the belt conveyor, the feeding capacity of the feeding system above the blast furnace trough is improved, so that the feeding equipment can meet the increasing raw material transportation demand of the blast furnace.
