摘要
目的:建立适用于定量测定维生素片中泛酸含量的微生物法。方法:植物乳杆菌(ATCC8014)繁殖速度与泛酸的含量呈正比关系,且在一定浓度范围内呈线性关系,对培养后菌悬液的吸光度与泛酸标准工作曲线进行比较,定量测定出维生素片中的泛酸含量。结果:微生物法测定泛酸的线性范围为0~98.0 ng,其标准曲线多变量相关系数为0.99129,测定维生素片中的泛酸含量的相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.23%,回收率为91.4%~103.4%。结论:微生物法测定维生素片中的泛酸含量操作简便、稳定可靠、重复性好。
Objective:A microbiological method for quantitative determination of pantothenic acid in vitamin tablets was established.Method:The growth rate of Lactobacillus plantarum(ATCC 8014)was in direct proportion to the content of pantothenic acid,and showed a linear relationship within a certain concentration range.According to the comparison between the absorbance of bacterial suspension after culture and the working curve of pantothenic acid standard,the content of pantothenic acid in vitamin tablets was determined quantitatively.Results:The linear range of the microbiological method was 0~98.0 ng and the multivariate correlation coefficient of the standard curve was 0.99129.The relative standard deviation(RSD)of the determination of pantothenic acid content in vitamin tablets was 2.23%and the recovery rate was 91.4%~103.4%.Conclusion:The microbiological method for the determination of pantothenic acid in vitamin tablets is simple,reliable and repeatable.
