摘要
[研究目的]从大数据思维角度出发,探究小微企业所面临的风险并指导企业开展竞争情报预警工作,从而规避多重风险,提高企业生存率。[研究方法]在大数据思维的指导下重新识别小微企业风险类型并构建指标体系,利用层次分析法确定指标权重,并在此基础上构建了竞争情报预警机制。[研究结论]通过组织机制、运行机制、保障机制的协作配合,基于大数据思维的竞争情报预警机制将为小微企业的稳定发展提供保障。
[Research purpose]From the perspective of big data thoughs,this paper explores the risks faced by small and micro enterprises and guides them to carry out competitive intelligence early warning,so as to avoid multiple risks and improve the survival rate of enterprises.[Research method]Under the guidance of big data though,the risk types of the small and micro enterprises are re-identified and the index system is constructed,the index weight is determined by the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and on this basis,the competitive intelligence early warning mechanism is constructed.[Research conclusion]Through the coordination of organization mechanism,operation mechanism and guarantee mechanism,the competitive intelligence early warning mechanism based on big data thoughs will provide guarantee for the stable development of small and micro enterprises.
