摘要
某乘用车换挡覆盖件挡位灯由背光灯和指示灯(后文简称指示灯)组成,对应照亮P/R/N/D挡位字符,当背光灯亮起时,无区分统一照亮所有挡位字符,人眼无感知差异;当指示灯亮起时,目标挡位字符被照亮、可被明显感知,即当驾驶员换挡时,通过换挡覆盖件上的指示灯就能明确知悉当前车辆挡位信息。夜晚模式下,人眼对于亮度敏感度较高,故夜晚模式下指示灯对于亮度要求不高;白天模式下,由于自然光强较大,此时指示灯需要达到较高的亮度才能被人眼识别。本文旨在说明通过对电气、结构设计的优化来提高指示灯的亮度,从而达到在白天模式的强光下,指示灯也能轻易被驾驶员识别的方法。
A gear shift cover assy.includes backlights and indicating lights,the P/R/N/D characters shall be lighten up.When backlights on,all the characters are lighten up,when indicating light of a gear on,the target light is lighten up,it shall be recognized by people.So the driver could get the right gear position information of the car according to the indicating light.When night,the eyes are more sensitive,so the brightness requirement is much lower than daytime mode.This article is to describe how to improve the brightness of daytime mode from electric and structure factors.
