摘要
随着移动互联网、云计算、大数据、物联网、人工智能等新一代信息通信技术的广泛应用,数字经济与实体经济的深度融合,成为新时代中国文化产业高质量发展的重要驱动力。在数字经济驱动下,文化产业高质量发展动力系统正在发生变革,突出表现在科技介入文化生产全过程、创新成为产业发展的新核心、融合开辟产业发展新空间以及人才赋能产业发展新活力四个方面。相应地,推动文化产业实现高质量发展的路径选择也需要进行优化,立足"宏观—中观—微观"理论分析框架,提出数字经济时代文化产业高质量发展的路径选择。
With the wide application of new-generation information and communication technologies such as mobile Internet,cloud computing,big data,Internet of things and artificial intelligence,the deep integration of digital economy and real economy has become an important driving force for the high-quality development of China’s cultural industry in the new era. Driven by the digital economy,the dynamic system of high-quality development of cultural industry is undergoing changes,which are highlighted in four aspects: science and technology involved in the whole process of cultural production,innovation becoming the new core of industrial development,integration and opening-up of new space for industrial development,and talent empowering new vitality of industrial development. Consequently,the path choice of promoting the high-quality development of cultural industry also needs to be optimized. Based on the theoretical analysis framework of " macro-meso-micro",this paper puts forward the path choice of high-quality progress of cultural industry in the era of digital economy.
