摘要
乡村振兴的关键是加强城乡合作实现乡村发展,通过城乡之间的互动关系对乡村发展的动力机制进行研究,构建乡村振兴背景下乡村发展的动力机制与路径。研究分析发现:城乡同质融合是乡村发展的外部动力,城乡互补融合是乡村发展的内在动力;外部动力包括城乡基础设施融合与公共服务融合两方面,其间接作用于乡村发展,其中内部动力包括乡村吸引力与要素配置两方面,外部动力主要靠政府投资推进城乡基础设施融合与公共服务融合来实现。而要素配置对城乡融合也有重要影响,因此本研究对要素配置视角下地方政府在操作层面开展乡村振兴和促进城乡融合的工作有一定参考价值。
The key to rural revitalization is to strengthening the cooperation between urban and rural areas to realize rural development.Through the interactive relationship between urban and rural areas,it studies the dynamic mechanism of rural development and constructs the dynamic mechanism and paths of rural development in the context of rural revitalization.The research analysis fi nds that:urban-rural homogeneous integration is the external driving force of rural development,and urban-rural complementary integration is the internal driving force of rural development;the external driving force includes urban-rural infrastructure integration and public service integration,which act indirectly on rural development,among which the internal driving force includes rural attractiveness and factor allocation,and the external driving force mainly relies on government investment to promote urban-rural infrastructure integration and public service integration to achieve.The external dynamics are mainly achieved by government investment to promote the integration of urban and rural infrastructure and public services.Therefore,this study has some reference value for local governments to carry out rural revitalization and promote urban-rural integration at the operational level from the perspective of factor allocation.
