摘要 在消费升级的大背景下,网易严选作为国内首家ODM(原始设计制造商)模式的电子商务平台,一经推出就获得了业界的广泛关注。但随着市场竞争越来越激烈,网易严选正面临着流量不足、增速缓慢等困境,如何突破瓶颈成为网易严选亟待解决的问题。本文以SWOT分析法为基础,对网易严选的经营战略提出了相关建议,以期为其他品质电商改进自身经营水平提供参考。 Under the background of consumption upgrading,Lifease,as the fi rst domestic e-commerce platform with ODM(Original Design Manufacturer)model,has received widespread attention in the industry once it was launched.However,with the increasingly fi erce market competition,Lifease is facing the dilemma of insuffi cient traffi c and slow growth.How to break through the bottleneck has become an urgent problem for Lifease to solve.Based on the SWOT analysis,this study puts forward relevant suggestions for Lifease’s business strategies,in order to provide reference for other high-quality e-commerce companies to improve their own business level.
