摘要
向马铃薯培养基中添加抑菌剂进行开放式组织培养,是降低马铃薯脱毒种薯成本、简化组织培养操作程序、有效控制培养过程中的污染最简便、有效的方法。加入少量抑菌剂时,真菌和细菌污染培养基导致培养失败;加入过量抑菌剂时,组培苗矮化或不生长。结果表明:向1L培养基中各加入0.01 g盐酸环丙沙星和伊曲康唑后,可以有效控制细菌和真菌的生长,对马铃薯组培苗的生长没有明显的抑制作用。
Adding bacteriostatic agent to potato culture medium for open tissue culture is the simplest and most effective method to reduce the cost of virus-free seed potato, simplify the operation procedure of tissue culture, and effectively control the contamination in the culture process. When the dose of inhibition was low, the culture failed due to fungi and bacteria contamination.When excessive bacteriostatic agent is added,tissue culture seedlings dwarf or do not grow.The resurts showed that: adding 0.01 g ciprofloxacin hydrochloride and itraconazole into 1 L medium could effectively control the growth of bacteria and fungi, and had no obvious inhibition on the growth of potato tissue culture seedlings.
