摘要
针对传统暗挖式废水泵房的不足之处,提出了一种适用于类矩形盾构法隧道的内置式泵房设计方案。在满足设计规范要求的前提下,该泵房可避免截面削弱对隧道开洞的不利影响,减少隧道外部泵房开挖的施工风险,降低造价,是一种性价比高、安全性高的泵房施作方法。结合宁波轨道交通类矩形区间隧道工程,开展了内置式泵房设计及应用研究。基于普通长枕道床和钢弹簧浮置板道床,分别形成了内置式泵房设计方法,确定了包含水泵规格、集水池规格和其他构造等在内的设计方案,并通过现场实测试验进一步明确了设计参数,验证了设计方案的可行性,形成了设计方案及配套规范,同时应用于工程实践。
In view of the shortcomings of the traditional mined waste water pump room,a built-in pump room design scheme applicable to the quasi-rectangular shield tunnel is proposed,which meets the requirements of design specifications,avoids the adverse effects of segment section weakening on the tunnel structure,reduces the construction risks of pump room excavation outside the tunnel,and lowers the cost.Combined with the Ningbo Rail Transit Quasi-rectangular Interval Tunnel project,the design and application research of built-in pump room was carried out.The design methods of built-in pump room were developed respectively for the common track bed with long sleeper and the steel spring floating slab track bed,and the design schemes including pump specifications,catch basin specifications and other structures were determined.The field measurement test further clarified the design parameters and verified the feasibility of the design scheme.The design scheme and supporting specifications have been formed,and applied to engineering practice at the same time.
