摘要
对^(222)Rn/^(220)Rn室中1^(222)Rn/^(220)Rn子体参考水平逐个定值法的不确定度分量进行了实验验证及数据处理,并对最终的合成标准不确定度及扩展不确定度进行了分析。结果表明:本定值方法的合成标准不确定度及扩展不确定度较低,满足对其标准化的要求,为2^(222)Rn/^(220)Rn子体计量标准提供了可靠的定值方法。
The uncertainty component of reference level determination method of^(222)Rn/^(220) Rn progeny in^(222)Rn/^(220) Rn is experimentally verified and data processed,The final synthetic standard uncertainty and extended uncertainty are also analyzed.The results show that;The synthetic standard uncertainty and extended uncertainty of this method are relatively low,To meet the requirements of its standardization,It provides a reliable method for the measurement standard of^(222)Rn/^(220)Rn progeny.
