摘要 太阳岛传热介质普遍采用熔点较高的高导热油或熔盐,在防凝运行模式下极易凝固,给系统的安全稳定运行带来极大隐患。以中广核德令哈槽式光热电站项目为依托,对太阳岛导热油系统防凝保温结构进行优化,提高了电伴热效率,防凝露效果显著,避免因系统管道温度过低造成管道介质凝结事故的发生,达到安全稳定运行的目标,可为中国光热电站提供借鉴。 The heat transfer medium of solar island generally uses high heat conduction oil or molten salt with a high melting point,which is prone to solidify in the anti-condensation operation mode,which imposes risk to the safe and stable operation of the system.Based on the CGN Delingha trough solar thermal power station,the anti-condensation and thermal insulation structure of the solar island heat transfer oil system is optimized,which improves the efficiency of electric heating and has a significant anti-condensation effect.The optimization prevents the occurrence of pipeline media condensation accident caused by low temperature of system piping and achieves the goal of safe and stable operation of the system,which provides a reference for other CSP stations in China.
