塔式光热电站吸热塔设计高度优化分析 被引量:2

摘要 为实现塔式光热电站的高效运行,需要合理设计吸热塔的高度以达到电站效率和建设成本的平衡。以中国西北某省70万m^(2)镜场的塔式光热电站为例,应用中国电建西北勘测设计研究院有限公司自主研发的性能评估软件对吸热塔高度相关的镜场效率和综合收益进行了优化研究。结果表明,随着吸热塔高度的增加,镜场效率增加带来的收益和吸热塔高度增加付出的成本之差会逐渐变小。基于项目的边界条件,在吸热塔高度为180 m时,综合收益最高,但不同电价下的综合收益相差较大。在进行塔式光热电站设计的过程中,可采用此方法确定吸热塔高度,以提高项目的经济性。 In order to realize the efficient operation of the CSP station,the height of the solar tower shall be reasonably designed to achieve a balance between the heliostat field efficiency and the construction cost.Taking a 700 thousand m^(2) heliostat field CSP station in a province in Northwest China as an example,the efficiency and comprehensive income of the station related to the height of the solar tower are systematically studied by using the performance evaluation software independently developed by PowerChina Northwest Engineering Corporation Limited.Results show that with the increase of the height of solar tower,the difference between the benefits from the increase of the heliostat field efficiency and the costs paid by the increase of the height of the tower will gradually decrease.Based on the boundary conditions of the project,when the height of the solar tower is 180 m,the comprehensive income is the highest,but the comprehensive income under different electricity prices is quite different.Therefore,it is practical to use this method to determine the height of the solar tower in design of CSP station to improve the economic efficiency of the project.
