选择性波峰焊在LED车灯模组生产中的运用

摘要 主要阐述汽车用LED模组的组装生产工艺,尤其是针对通孔连接器与SMT电子元器件同时需要焊接的模组,采用选择性波峰焊工艺能够提高焊接品质,降低品质风险。同时对完整的选择性波峰焊焊接工艺流程进行说明,对工艺参数设定进行重点分析和研究。本文也对焊接原理和实际操作两方面进行阐述,并例举了选择性波峰焊的工艺注意事项和对常见问题的分析。 This paper describes the assembly and production process of automotive LED module,especially for the module that needs to be welded at the same time between through-hole connector and SMT electronic components.The selective wave soldering process can improve the welding quality and reduce the quality risk.The complete welding process of selective wave soldering is described,and the setting of process parameters is emphatically described and studied.This paper expounds the welding principle and practical operation,and gives an example of the process precautions and common problems of selective wave soldering.
