摘要
农业科技成果评价是评估农业科研水平和推动科技成果转化的重要手段,有助于把握科学研究与成果转化的方向、激发科研与成果转化服务人员的工作热情,对实施乡村振兴、农业转型升级等国家战略具有重要的推动作用。文章分析了现阶段农业科技成果评价体系存在的问题,提出了构建成果分类评价指标体系,探讨了信息化评价系统开发的必要性,以期为我国农业科技成果评价专业化、信息化建设提供参考。
The achievement evaluation is an important method to evaluate agricultural scientific and technological level and promote transformation of achievements. Achievement evaluation is benefit for grasping the direction of scientific research and achievement transformation, stimulating scientist’s enthusiasm, and promoting the national strategies such as rural revitalization and agricultural transformation and upgrading. This paper reveals the problems existing in the evaluation system of agricultural scientific and technological achievements, puts forward the classification evaluation system of achievement, and analyzes the necessity of development of informational evaluation system,which will provide reference for specialized and informatization construction of evaluation of agricultural science and technology achievements.
