碳中和视角下电力企业碳减排绩效评价体系的构建与应用 被引量:4

Construction and application of carbon emission reduction performance evaluation system of power enterprises from the perspective of carbon neutralization

摘要 全球气候问题日渐严峻,低碳减排成为未来可持续发展面临的重要挑战,而企业作为碳排放主体成为重点治理对象。结合可持续发展理论、企业社会责任理论和低碳经济理论,以碳中和目标为引导,采用D-R-S模型选取相应指标并利用AHP-熵值法为指标赋权,构建电力企业碳减排绩效评价体系,以华润电力为例分析其减排效果和趋势,以期为我国碳达峰碳中和目标的实现及企业落实相关责任提出合理化建议。 The global climateproblem is becoming more and more serious.Low carbon emission reduction has become an important challenge for sustainable development in the future,and enterprises,as the main body of carbon emission,have become the key governance objects.Combined with the sustainable development theory,corporate social responsibility theory and low-carbon economy theory,guided by the carbon neutralization goal,this paper uses the d-r-s model to select the corresponding indicators,and uses the AHP entropy method to weight the indicators to build the carbon emission reduction performance evaluation system of power enterprises.At the same time,it takes China Resources Power as an example to analyze its emission reduction effect and trend,It is expected to put forward reasonable suggestions for the realization of China’s carbon peak carbon neutralization goal and the implementation of relevant responsibilities by enterprises.
