摘要
工程项目在基坑开挖地下室阶段通常施工场地紧张,导致场地内无材料堆放区域,增加了工程施工的难度。本项目通过综合探索研究,根据项目的实际情况在基坑顶设置了钢平台钢筋成品堆场,解决了施工紧张、无钢筋成品堆场的问题。主要针对深圳民治项目在基坑顶设置钢平台钢筋成品堆场的设计、实施及应用进行深入分析与探究,以供类似项目借鉴解决此类场地紧张问题。
In the basement stage of foundation pit excavation,the construction site is often tight,resulting in no material stacking area in the site,which increases the difficulty of construction.According to the actual situation of the project,a steel platform storage yard is set up at the top of the foundation pit,which solves the problem of tight construction and no storage yard of steel bar finished products.The design,implementation and application of steel platform steel bar storage yard on the top of foundation pit in Shenzhen Minzhi project are analyzed and explored in depth,which can be used for reference by similar projects to solve the problem of tight site.
