BIM可视化平台在箱涵顶推施工中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 常规的箱涵顶推施工方法有很大局限性,其不仅投入成本高,且工程施工过程中会出现各种问题,导致工期延误。针对施工事故频发、顶推进度缓慢的现象,长风路下穿高速路施工案例,研发一种基于施工模拟动画的箱涵顶推进度管理系统。通过BIM软件构建模型,以模型为基础用Fuzor、Lumion等软件制作施工动画,形成一个可视化平台,进行顶推施工进度记录与预警,达到实时提示工程进度并安全预警的目的,这可为施工管理方提供高效的管理理念和方法,实现对工程项目全方位的可视化动态管控和施工过程全方位的精细化管理。结果表明,基于施工模拟动画的箱涵顶推进度管理系统能够缓解箱涵顶推施工进度滞后的现象,提高施工质量和效率,实现施工现场安全可控。 The conventional construction method of box culvert jacking has great limitations,which not only has a high input cost,but also has various problems in the project construction process,leading to delays in the construction period.In view of the frequent construction accidents and slow top push progress,the construction case of highway construction under Changfeng Road develops a box culvert jacking management system based on construction simulation animation.The model is constructed through BIM software,and the construction animation is made with Fuzor,Lumion and other software based on the model to form a visual platform to push the construction progress record and early warning,so as to achieve the purpose of real-time prompt the project progress and safety early warning.The paper can provide efficient management concepts and methods for the construction management party,and realize the comprehensive visual and dynamic control of the project and the comprehensive fine management of the construction process.The results show that the box culvert jacking management system based on the construction simulation animation can alleviate the lagging phenomenon of the construction progress,improve the construction quality and efficiency,and realize the safety and control of the construction site.
