摘要
在传统遮板施工过程中,钢筋笼、预埋件位置间距易发生偏差;运抵桥面的遮板不易修补;人工配合叉车吊装困难;吊装遮板的措施不够安全;安装后的遮板间距不易控制。为解决这些问题,通过采用定型塑料模具、遮板钢筋制作台、遮板检修台、遮板吊装炮机、遮板定位板等方式,有效改善传统施工中的施工形态,降低人工机械操作难度,减少遮板施工过程中的质量隐患,实现遮板预制整修安装的专业化和高铁施工工艺标准化,节约施工成本,加快施工进度。
In the process of traditional shutter construction,the position spacing of reinforcement cage and embedded parts is easy to deviate,and the shutters transported to the bridge deck are not easy to repair,and it is difficult to lift manually with forklift,and the measures for hoisting the shutter are not safe enough,and the spacing of shutters after installation is not easy to control.In order to solve these problems,shaped plastic mold,shutter reinforcement fabrication platform,shutter maintenance platform,shutter hoisting gun machine,shutter positioning plate and other methods are adopted,and the construction form in traditional construction is effectively improved,and the difficulty of manual and mechanical operation is reduced,and the quality hidden danger in the process of shutter construction is reduced,and the specialization of shutter prefabrication,renovation and installation is realized,and the standardized construction process of high-speed railway is achieved,and construction cost is saved,and construction progress is accelerated.
