某小区地下室上浮事故处理分析 被引量:6

摘要 某小区建筑主体结构施工完成,由于地下室顶板上未按照设计要求进行覆土,在突发性特大暴雨后,结构局部区域发生地下室上浮导致与主楼交界处开裂及地下室部分梁、墙体开裂、框架柱上部产生裂缝。结合该小区上浮后的实际情况和原设计图纸,对现场开展了检测鉴定,并针对小区上浮事故的原因及负一、二层地下室中各类建筑构件开裂的程度进行了详细分析,提出了地下室组合抗浮加固方案。经几个丰水期的实践检验,该小区地下室抗浮加固工程施工质量和加固效果良好。 The main structure of a residential building has been completed.Because the basement roof was not covered with soil according to the design requirements,and there was a sudden rainstorm,the basement floated in some areas.Cracks occurred at the junction between the basement and the main building,and also occurred in some beams,walls,and columns.In this paper,combined with the actual situation of the community after floating and the original design drawings,the on-site detection and identification are carried out.This paper also makes a detailed analysis on the causes of floating accidents in the community and the cracking degree of various building components in the basement on the first and second floors,and puts forward the combined anti floating reinforcement scheme of the basement.The project has been tested in several high-water period,and the construction quality and reinforcement effect of basement anti floating reinforcement are good.
