摘要
设立重点实验室开放基金有助于实验室吸引优秀人才参与科学研究工作,促进成果交流和人员合作。为了实现省级重点实验室开放基金管理的信息化,基于B/S架构,设计重点实验室开放基金管理系统,实现开放基金的精细化管理,释放主管部门、重点实验室的人力和物力,提升科技服务水平。该系统具有一定的推广价值。
The establishment of the open fund for key laboratories can help the laboratories to attract outstanding talents to participate in scientific research,promote the exchange of achievements and personnel cooperation,and realize the informatization of the management of the open fund for key laboratories at the provincial level.Based on the B/S structure,this paper designs an open fund management system of key laboratories,which can realize the fine management of open fund,and release the human and material resources of the competent department and the competent unit of laboratory.
