摘要
文章探讨心衰专病数据库的建设方法和技术手段,可以为其他心血管疾病数据库的建设提供借鉴与参考。文章选择心衰专病作为切入点,以患者为中心汇集多源异构临床数据,通过自然语言处理技术实现专病临床数据的结构化和标准化,构建一个符合临床和科研的高质量、一体化的心衰专病数据库;参考国内外行业标准、疾病诊疗指南等规范,建立心衰专病数据模型。模型包含通用数据集和疾病特征数据集共16个模块、593个数据项,并完成心衰专病数据库的建设;整合了2015年至2020年间4388名心衰患者的临床诊疗数据。通过构建心衰专病数据库,能够有效缩短科研数据采集周期、提升临床科研工作效率,并为后续疾病风险预测模型建设、开展循证医学研究奠定坚实的数据基础。
This paper discusses the construction methods and technical means of the heart failure special disease database,and it can provide reference for the construction of other cardiovascular disease databases.It selects the specific disease of heart failure as the entry point,gathers the patient-centered multi-source heterogeneous clinical data,realizes the structure and standardization of clinical data of the specific disease through natural language processing technology,and builds a high-quality and integrated clinical and scientific research the Heart Failure Special Disease Database.It refers to domestic and foreign industry standards,disease diagnosis and treatment guidelines,etc.,establishes a heart failure specific disease data model,including 16 modules and 593 data items in a general data set and disease feature data set,and completes the construction and integration of the heart failure specific disease database.The clinical diagnosis and treatment data of 4388 patients with heart failure from 2015 to 2020 are compiled.By building a heart failure disease database,it can effectively shorten the scientific research data collection cycle,improve the efficiency of clinical scientific research,and lays a solid data foundation for the subsequent construction of disease risk prediction models and the development of evidence-based medicine research.
