摘要 使用异丁基异丙基二甲氧基硅烷、3-氯丙基三甲氧基硅烷、异丁基环己基二甲氧基硅烷、正丙基三甲氧基硅烷、四乙氧基硅烷等作为外给电子体,进行丙烯聚合反应,研究外给电子体对丙烯聚合的影响。结果表明:带有大位阻烷基取代基的硅氧烷类化合物用作外给电子体时,催化体系具有较高的活性和立构定向性,但其氢调敏感性较低;含有三个及以上烷氧基的硅氧烷类化合物用作外给电子体时,催化体系具有很高的氢调敏感性,但是其活性和立构定向性较低;将两类外给电子体复合使用,可以在高活性下制备高等规度、高熔融指数的聚丙烯。 Use tetraethoxysilane,n-propyltrimethoxysilane,isobutylisopropyldimethoxysilane,3-chloropropyltrimethoxysilane,iso butylcyclohexyldimethoxysilane,etc.as external electron donors to carry out the polymerization reaction of propylene.The influence of external electron donors on the polymerization of propylene was studied.The results showed that when siloxane compounds with large hindered alkyl substituents are used as external electron donors,the catalytic system has high activity and stereo orientation,but the response sensitivity to hydrogen is low;When siloxane compounds with more than three alkoxy group are used as external electron donors,the catalytic system has high response sensitivity to hydrogen,but the activity and stereo specifi city are low;It can be used to prepare polypropylene with high isotacticity and high melt index under high activity when the two types of external electron donors are used.
