摘要
目的探讨ICU气管切开术后患者实施护理人文关怀的效果。方法选取2019年1月—2020年12月收治的72例ICU行气管切开术患者,按随机数字表法分成2组,对照组36例采取常规护理,观察组36例则在此基础上加以人文关怀护理,比较2组心理状况、护理满意度以及术后并发症发生情况。结果2组干预前的汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组HAMD、HAMA评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意度为94.44%,高于对照组的77.78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率为2.78%,与对照组的22.22%比较更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对ICU气管切开术后患者实施护理人文关怀,能够有效减轻其心理负担,减少术后相关并发症发生,并提升患者的满意度,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effect of nursing humanistic care in patients after tracheotomy in ICU ward.Methods In this study,72 patients with tracheotomy in ICU ward treated in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into two groups,of which 36 cases in the control group were treated with routine nursing methods,and 36 cases in the observation group were treated with humanistic nursing methods on this basis,comparing the psychological status of the two groups at different nursing stages Nursing satisfaction and postoperative complications.Results(1)in terms of psychological status,there was no significant difference in the scores of Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05);After the intervention,the scores of HAMD and HAMA in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).(2)In terms of nursing satisfaction,the total satisfaction of the observation group was 94.44%,which was higher than 77.78%of the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).(3)In terms of postoperative complications,the total incidence of the observation group was 2.78%,which was lower than that of the control group(22.22%).There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of nursing humanistic care for patients after tracheotomy in ICU ward can effectively reduce the psychological burden of patients,reduce the incidence of postoperative related complications,and improve the satisfaction of patients.It is worthy of promotion and use.
