基于SHEL模式的护理安全教学查房在提高实习生患者安全文化认知水平中的应用

摘要 目的研究基于SHEL模式的护理安全教学查房对妇科实习生患者安全文化认知水平的影响。方法选择德阳市人民医院2020年7月—2021年4月在妇科实习的护生60名作为研究对象,护生按照护理部安排每月进行临床科室轮转一次,此期间在妇科轮转的奇数批次实习生30名作为对照组,采用传统护理安全教学查房模式;偶数批次实习生30名作为观察组,采用基于SHEL模式的护理教学查房模式。比较2组实习护生患者安全文化认知水平、护理不良事件和投诉事件发生率。结果观察组护生患者安全文化认知水平高于对照组,护理不良事件和投诉事件发生率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于SHEL模式的护理安全教学查房在实习护生中的应用,有助于提高其对临床工作中护理安全的认识,降低护理差错事件发生,从而保障患者安全。 Objective To study the impact of nursing safety teaching rounds based on the SHEL model on the cognition level of patient safety culture of gynecological interns.Methods Select 60 nursing students who were internships in gynecology in a hospital from July 2020 to April 2021 as the research objects.Nursing students will rotate in clinical departments once a month according to the arrangement of the nursing department.During this period,they will intern in odd batches of rotation in gynecology.Thirty students served as a control group,using the traditional nursing safety teaching rounds model.Thirty interns in an even batch were used as the observation group,and the nursing teaching rounds based on the SHEL model were used to compare the two groups of interns on patient safety cultural awareness,the incidence of nursing adverse events and complaint incidents.Results Due to the control group's safety culture awareness level of nursing students in the observation group,the incidence of adverse nursing events and complaints was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nursing safety teaching rounds based on the SHEL model in interns can help improve their understanding of nursing safety in clinical work,reduce the occurrence of nursing errors,and ensure patient safety.
