摘要
为实现更加精准的城市暴雨局部内涝灾害风险评估,设计了一种新的城市暴雨局部内涝灾害风险评估方法。通过极值标准化法实施数据的标准化处理,以消除数据量纲,对指标风险方向进行统一。通过熵权法计算风险评估指标对应权重,实现城市暴雨局部内涝灾害风险评估。利用设计方法对某地区实施城市暴雨局部内涝灾害风险评估。在重现期最少和最多的情况下,计算的指标对应关联度均较高,表明设计方法的城市暴雨局部内涝灾害风险评估能力较强,可以实现可靠而合理的风险评估。
In order to achieve more accurate risk assessment of urban rainstorm and local waterlogging disaster,a new risk assessment method of urban rainstorm and local waterlogging disaster is designed.The extreme value standardization method is used to standardize the data to eliminate the data dimension and unify the index risk direction.The corresponding weight of risk assessment index is calculated by entropy weight method to realize the risk assessment of urban rainstorm and local waterlogging disaster.The design method is used to evaluate the risk of urban rainstorm and local waterlogging disaster in an area.In the case of minimum and maximum return periods,the corresponding correlation degree of the calculated indicators is high,indicating that the risk assessment ability of urban rainstorm and local waterlogging disaster of the design method is strong,and can realize reliable and reasonable risk assessment.
